What you will receive:

If you’ve opted for a frame, you will receive your painting packaged in a custom made box to safely secure your painting before it’s shipped to its destination.

You will receive constant communication throughout and given the opportunity to watch your portrait come to life (unless you’ve opted for a surprise at the end).

All portraits arrive with a hand signed certificate of authenticity with my artists seal in gold and an artwork aftercare guide.

I am always available to offer any advice, whether thats on reference photos, composition or colour preference. I’d love to discuss this with you!

Your painting will be sent securely, tracked and will need a signature upon arrival.

The time it takes varies depending on the photo and the animal. I provide a rough quote after I’ve seen some pictures; some animals require more extensive work, such as curly or fluffier dogs, due to the large amount of intricate details involved. My commitment is to depict every detail, ensuring your pets portrait is a true to life masterpiece.

Important

Please keep in mind these important points below!

Painting is very time consuming!

Please understand a lot of time goes into creating your colourful pet portraits, especially to perfect every detail to create the most realistic portrait and most importantly putting together the correct colours to compliment your dogs character (or the colours you requested).

Additional charge for extra Subjects

Please add an additional charge of £60 for each additional subject. This extra cost is again From £60 as it depends on your requirements and the images. Please fill out my submission form to receive a free rough quote.

My list is subject to change and when a quote is given its valid for a month.

A 30% Deposit is taken from the rough quote given

A 30% deposit of the rough quote is required to secure your booking. For example, if the artist quotes £375, a deposit of £112.50 is placed. This payment is non-refundable after 7 days of booking. The remaining balance will be paid at the end when you're 100% happy.

The estimated quote is not 100% guaranteed, therefore the rough quote sent could slightly increase or decrease after finishing the painting as I’m not aware of the actual scope of work required until the painting is complete - my time really does vary.

Framing

The finishing touch

I have provided a cost effective option to my clients by using cheap IKEA frames. Or alternatively, yourself or I, can order a frame online and delivered to my address. That way when your painting is shipped, you (or the recipient) will receive the painting framed in your choice. If you’re looking for a better quality frame, I would advise going to a local framers to professionally have your painting framed. They may also provide UV glass to protect your painting further from UV rays which is something I would highly recommend. The IKEA frames do not provide this but I do however spray multiple layers of varnish & UV spray to further ensure maximum longevity and protection. Framing will be discussed at the time of booking. The additional framing cost will also be discussed which depends on the size of your portrait and the frame you choose. The choice is yours! If you’re unsure, we can discuss this together!

UK & International Shipping

- UK orders are £10 - £30 If you’re local to me, we can arrange drop off or collection!

- If you’re ordering from overseas, please use a currency tool to convert the portrait prices. This is estimation only, exchange rates will be calculated at the time of payment.

- Shipping costs all depend on the size and weight of the portrait (framed or unframed) and also the destination.

- International shipping fees will be calculated at the time of booking.

- All portraits are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The parcel will also be sent insured, tracked and will need a signature upon arrival.
